LaFAYETTE — One person was arrested in Chambers County on Wednesday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

› Hunter Gauntt, 28, of Lanett has been charged with three counts of failure to appear in court to answer charges of violating his probation.

There were 162 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Thursday morning.

LaFayette reports

LaFAYETTE — One person was arrested in LaFayette on Thursday. According to a LaFayette Police Department report,

› Dewayne Davis, 52, has been charged with theft of property, first degree, criminal mischief, second degree, and failure to pay.

In an incident being investigated by LaFayette officers, property was recovered on 1st Street NE.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — West Point police officers are investigating an incident of stalking that was reported Wednesday on West 3rd Avenue and an incident of criminal trespassing that was reported on Avenue J.
