Lanett reports
LANETT — Four people were arrested in Lanett on Monday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,
› Michael Lance Marable, 28, of Lanett has been charged with disorderly conduct;
› Mario Adolfo Velasquez, 40, of Lanett has been charged with driving under the influence;
› Clifford McClure, 26, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and
› Ashley Nicole Gregory, 34, of Lanett has been charged with assault, third degree.
In incidents that were reported on Monday, Lanett police are investigating harassing communications on the 4300 block of 20th Street SW, theft of property, fourth degree, on the 800 block of South 8th Street, menacing on the 1400 block of South 7th Street and harassing communications on the 200 block of South 8th Street.
Sheriff’s office reports
LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in Chambers County on Monday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,
› Aly Abdeltif, 28, of Lanett has been charged with theft of property, second degree, and
› Brian Murphy, 41, of Valley has been charged with failure to appear in court on charges of not making child support payments.
There were 151 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Tuesday morning.
Valley reports
VALLEY — One person was arrested in Valley on Monday. According to Valley Police Department reports,
› Stephen Lamar Dunn, 30, of Valley has been charged with giving a false name to law enforcement.
In incidents that were reported on Monday, Valley officers are investigating criminal mischief, second degree, on the 5400 block of 23rd Boulevard, criminal mischief, first degree, on the 1100 block of River Road, theft of property, fourth degree, on the 2900 block of 20th Avenue, and criminal mischief, second degree, on the 6400 block of 21st Place.
West Point reports
WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point on Monday. According to West Point Police Department reports,
› Kacy Thomas of Opelika, Ala. has been charged with shoplifting.
In incidents being investigated by West Point officers, card fraud was reported on West 9th Street and criminal trespassing reported on Highway 29.
