Sheriff’s reports
LaFAYETTE — Five people were arrested in Chambers County on Wednesday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,
Brandy Avendano, 32, of Opelika has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia;
Reginald Brown, 40, of Wadley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree;
Adrianna Adams, 27, of Wadley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree;
Willie Floyd, 39, of Valley has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer a charge of receiving stolen property, first degree, and
Isaiah Fuller, 26, of Auburn has been charged with DUI.
There were 162 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Thursday morning.
Valley reports
VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley on Wednesday. According to Valley Police Department reports,
Teresa Carmen Trana, 28, of Lanett has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree;
Marcus Shurum, 37, of Valley has been charged with violation of a domestic violence order, and
Kimilia Lynn Motley, 50, of Opelika has been charged with theft, fourth degree, theft by deception, fourth degree, and criminal trespassing, second degree.
Lanett reports
LANETT — Two people were arrested in Lanett on Wednesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,
Arthur Aquanda Young, 41, of Lanett has been charged with harassment, and
Fred Lamar Brown, 70, of Lanett has been charged with harassment.
In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, harassment was reported on the 1400 block of South Gilmer Avenue and domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 100 block of North 9th Avenue.
LaFayette reports
LaFAYETTE — In incidents being investigating by LaFayette Police Department officers, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, second degree, was reported on Industrial Drive, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on 2nd Avenue NE and altering a firearm identification or possession of an altered firearm was reported on LaFayette Street South.
