LANETT — Six people were arrested in Lanett on Tuesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports.
Jeremy Boone, 42, of Valley, has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;
Leemar Edwards, 30, of Lanett, has been charged with attempting to elude a police officer and failure to appear in court to answer a traffic-related charge;
Frank Ray, 50, of Valley, has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;
Darniski Dorsey, 24, of Lanett, has been charged with domestic violence, third degree;
Jamarion Woodson, 22, of Alexander City, has been charged with domestic violence, third degree.
In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, criminal mischief was reported on the 1800 block of Cherry Drive, harassing communications was reported on the 1000 block of South 1st Avenue, domestic violence, third degree, and theft of property, second degree, were reported on the 1300 block of 57th Avenue SW, identity theft was reported on the 900 block of 69th Avenue SW, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 1600 block of 21st Street SW and theft of property, third degree, was reported on the 100 block of 69th Avenue SW.

LaFAYETTE — Three people were arrested in Chambers County on Tuesday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,
John David Stuckey, 25, of Lanett has been charged with reckless driving and having a switched tag;
Robert Victor Houston, 19, of Five Points has been charged with robbery, first degree, theft of property, fourth degree, burglary, first degree, and assault, third degree, and
Allen Wesley Thomas, 27, of Bogalusa, Louisiana, has been charged with being a fugitive from justice.
There were 165 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Wednesday morning.

VALLEY — Two people were arrested in Valley on Tuesday. According to Valley Police Department reports,
John Rearden, 51, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and
Jarred Abney, 18, of Opelika, has been charged with FTA — possession of marijuana, second degree.
In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, identity theft was reported on the 200 block of Judge Brown Road, theft of property, first degree, was reported on the 200 block of Huguley Road, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 1100 block of County Road 522 and duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle was reported on the 6400 block of Cleveland Road.

WEST POINT — Two people were arrested in West Point on Tuesday. According to West Point Police Department reports,
Cory Cunningham of Douglasville, Georgia, has been charged with simple assault, and
Lizzeth Placencia of West Point, has been charged with possession of marijuana.
In incidents being investigated by West Point officers, simple battery was reported on East 14th Street and simple battery and robbery reported on Kia Parkway.
