Valley reports

VALLEY — Twelve people were arrested in Valley over the weekend. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Marshall Elliott, 44, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree;

David Studdard, 36, of Franklin, Ga. has been charged with reckless endangerment and attempting to elude;

Corey Windsor, 21, of Valley has been charged with criminal trespassing;

Angel Elliott, 38, of Valley has been charged with FTA – traffic;

Adolph Dunn, 32, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – traffic;

Johnny Adams, 59, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence – harassment;

Jonathan Adams, 25, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence – harassment;

Abelardo Z. Cruz, 24, of Valley has been charged with DUI – alcohol;

Joe F. Wimberly, 53, of Valley has been charged with FTA – traffic;

Tomasha McCullough, 23, of Cusseta, Ala. has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

January Nelson, 23, of Valley has been charged with three counts of FTA, and

Antonio Orlando Glasco, 46, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

In weekend incidents being investigated by Valley officers, identity theft was reported on the 4000 block of County Road 388, domestic violence – harassing communications was reported on the 1300 block of County Road 539, criminal mischief, third degree, was reported on the 200 block of Stanfield Road, physical harassment was reported on the 2400 block of 19th Avenue, property damage was reported on the 500 block of Fob James Drive, duty to give information and render aid was reported on the 2900 block of 20th Avenue, the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported on the 200 block of Boyd Circle, and criminal mischief, third degree, was reported on the 2000 block of 40th Street.

LANETT — Nine people were arrested in Lanett over the weekend. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Johntavis Doss, 25, of Camp Hill, has been charged with two counts of failure to appear in court on a traffic-related charge and bail jumping, second degree;

Yuri Brooks, 38, of Lanett has been charged with DUI;

Tabatha Williams, 51, of Lanett, has been charged with FTA – traffic;

Carmen Rodriguez, 58, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree;

Jacob Lawrence, 29, of Valley has been charged with possession of controlled substances by fraud;

Marco Holloway, 36, of Lanett has been charged with five counts of bail jumping, second degree;

Delarick St. George, 32, of Lanett has been charged with harassment, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest;

Antoinette Boykin, 29, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with possession of a forged instrument, third degree, and

Asia Strickland, 33, of LaGrange has been charged with possession of a forged instrument, third degree.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, domestic violence, third-degree — criminal mischief, was reported on the 300 block of South 12th Street. domestic violence, third-degree — harassment, was reported on the 100 block of South 15th Avenue, the unlawful possession of a forged instrument was reported on  the 1300 block of South Gilmer Avenue, domestic violence, third degree, and the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported on the 1800 block of 18th Street SW, the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and harassment was reported on the 2200 block of Magnolia Road, theft of property, first degree, was reported on the 500 block of South 13th Street and menacing was reported on the 300 block of South 3rd Avenue.

Sheriff’s reports

LaFAYETTE — Four people were arrested in Chambers County over the weekend. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Dustin James Short, 31, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay child support;

Brittany Nicole Hill, 35, of Lanett has been charged with FTA — possession/receiving a controlled substance;

Marco Marquarius Holloway, 31, of Lanett has been charged with FTA — child support, and

Marlon J. Dawson, 46, of Opelika, Ala. has been charged with FTA — child support.

There were 154 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Monday morning.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point over the weekend. According to West Point Police Department reports,

Albert McCarden of West Point has been charged with theft by shoplifting.

In incidents being investigated by West Point officers, burglary and criminal trespassing was reported on Avenue C, theft y taking was reported on Agate Street and criminal trespassing was reported on East 13th Street.
