Valley reports

Christina Prather Williams, 39, of Lanett, was charged with six counts of identity theft and four counts of first-degree theft of property;

Charlotte Deann Jones, 48, of Valley, was charged with two counts of third-degree domestic violence.

Lanett reports

Fitzgerald Hicks, 51, of Lanett, was charged with giving false identification to a law enforcement officer;

Timothy Smith, 40, of Opelika, was charged with second-degree bail jumping;

Desmond McFarlin, of Lanett, was charged with failing to appear (traffic);

Second-degree criminal mischief was reported in the 2300 block of S. Broad Ave.;

Third-degree domestic violence was reported in the 1000 block of S 5th St.

Sheriff’s office reports

Jerry Alan VanHouten, 50, of Five Points, was charged with probation violation;

Nefertiti Iesha Green, 35, of Lanett, was charged with failure to appear- possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to pay- driving while suspended.
