Shaquille D. Heard, 25, of West Point, was. charged with possession of drug paraphernalia;

Third-degree criminal mischief was reported in the 5400 block of 15th Ave;

Third-degree theft of property was reported in the 1100 block of County Rd 500;

Third-degree theft by deception was reported in the 20 block of Fob James Dr;

Intimidating a witness was reported in the 7300 block of Fairfax Bypass.

Terroristic threats was reported on Davidson St;

Jayson Lee Taylor was charged with served warrant for another agency for a  probation violation.
