Have you ever heard of actions that make you raise your eyebrows?
I wish you had been downtown in the City of Lanett to see a surprise that would cause people to really raise their eyebrows.
The outstanding presentation was sponsored by the Annual Breast Cancer Observance. The excitement grew when the beautiful, clear water fountain suspended pink water, representing breast cancer’s color.
The title was “The Pink Flows On.” This pretty event was Tuesday, Oct. 1, to kick off breast cancer awareness month. Lighting the fountain was Sheriff Sid Lockhart, House of Representatives District 38 Debbie Wood, and Narfunda Ross. Team WHIP and the City of Lanett wants to remind survivors and caregivers to look to the fountain as a place of peace.

“We’re extremely proud that our very own: Dr. Tobby “the king” Leverette, DPC, was chosen to represent the entire graduating classes in making such heartfelt presentation to Miracle University,” says President Dr. Cheoryl Murphy.
“This journey has been a very long process of sacrifice, endurance, and prayer. However, the results of it all have been rewarding. As long as there’s Life … there’s HOPE” Leverette said.
