Ms. Kathy Louise Johnson Anderson — 1952-2019

Ms. Kathy Louise Johnson Anderson, 67, of Lanett, passed away at her residence on Monday, Dec.16, 2019. Ms. Anderson was born on Nov. 3, 1952, in LaFayette, to the late Jesse Thurston Johnson and Mary Louise Gooden Johnson. She was also preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Randal Thomas Hand.

Ms. Anderson worked as a credit management analyst for WestPoint Stevens for several years and for Bell Microproducts in Montgomery before her retirement. In her younger years, she loved to dance and was a wonderful ballet and jazz dancer. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially enjoyed their all-day outings and shopping excursions. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, her animals, and southern folklore.

She is survived by her children, Joseph Victor Milford, Kathryn McCall Milford, Jacob Alvin Milford and his wife, Carrie Louise Milford; grandchildren, Aurora K. Milford, Micah J. Milford, Cameron Jahlil Sutton, Ryland Milford; siblings, Kenneth Lawrence Johnson, Lisa Johnson Hand; friend and companion, Steve Sivell; nieces and nephews, Kris Moore, Drew Johnson, Julie Wilson, Bo Johnson, Makenna Hand; 5 great nieces and 5 great nephews.

Services for Ms. Anderson will be private.
