Mr. Carl V. Mackey, age 60, of West Point passed away on Monday, Jan. 20, 2020, at Emory Midtown Hospital in Atlanta.

Mr. Mackey is the brother of Francais Austin, Zelma Brock and Carolyn Bailey.

The family will receive visitors at the residence of Mrs. Zelma Brock, 1403 Higgins Street, West Point, Georgia 31833
