Ms. Linda Hudson Ledbetter

Ms. Linda Hudson Ledbetter, 70, of Lanett passed away on April 3, 2020 at her residence. Ledbetter was born in LaGrange, Georgia on January 8, 1950, to the late William Cecil and Margaret Bryan Hudson. She was a 1968 graduate of Lanett High School and attended Southern Union State Junior College. She worked for the West Point Pepperell Towel Division for 15 years, and later as a customer service representative for Intercall.

Ledbetter was a faithful Sunday School teacher for many years in the elementary department. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children Gerald W. (Tammy) Ledbetter of West Point, Wendy L. (Mark) Robinson of Cusseta, Amy L. (Charlie) Irvin of Valley; her siblings Deanne E. Hudson of Lanett, Elaine H. (Wayne) Lott of Valley and John I. (Pat) Hudson of Opelika. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. 

Due to current restrictions associated with COVID-19, there will be a private family graveside service only. A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
