At 3:50 a.m. Sunday morning, the Valley Police Department responded to a call about a shooting in the 6500 block of 24th Avenue.
When they arrived, officers found Dennistris Campbell, 37, and Christopher Alexander Hart, 23, with apparent gunshot wounds to their lower extremities.
Both men, who are from Gordon, were transported to EAMC-Lanier with non-life-threatening injuries. Neither could identify the shooter.
At the scene, officers interviewed people at the residence, who were there for a birthday party. None of the people stated that they observed the shooting or name the suspect. They did identify him as a black male from the Montgomery area and that he was driving a “box style” green Chevy Tahoe.
If you have any information concerning this shooting, please call the Valley Police Department at 334-756-5200 or the Valley Area Crime Stoppers at 334-756-8200.
