On Wednesday, July 8th, the Valley Police Department arrested Charls Lester Coker, 35 of Valley, on a charge of Sexual Abuse of a Child under 12 (a Class B Felony), Rape 1st ( Class A Felony), and Incest with a Minor (Class C Felony) after an investigation by the Valley Police Department.
Coker was processed at the Valley Police Department and then taken to the Chambers County Detention Facility where he will be held pending bond.
Due to the nature of the charge and the age of the victim, no further details concerning this case can be released.
