Lane closure on I-85 in Chambers County due to multi-car crash

A multi-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 6:26 a.m. Monday, Dec. 11, has caused a lane closure, according to a press release from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
The southbound lanes of Interstate 85 near the 77-mile marker in Chambers County are currently blocked and will be for an undetermined amount of time.
Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are currently on the scene investigating and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.
