According to Chambers County EMA, the forecast is for storms across Central Alabama this afternoon and evening which may pose a damaging wind and hail threat.
There is an expanded Marginal risk area to now include all of Central Alabama from the previous forecast.
The forecast is made through 10 p.m. CT tonight. The main risks are damaging wind to 60 mph and quarter-size hail.
