A lot of work is taking place right now on the former Burney site off Fob James Drive in Valley. Site preparation is taking place off King Avenue where some new homes will be going up.

Landkart LLC, Crown Homes, and Prime Space Holdings are in the process of building a new subdivision. A total of 17 new homes will be in the first phase and more than 50 homes could be at this location at build-out. Not far away some new businesses will be fronting Fob James Drive.

One of the new businesses will be the second largest Beef O’Brady’s franchise in the U.S. It will be in a 6,500-square-foot building with a 2,500-square-foot patio. The sports bar-style restaurant will be bringing an estimated 50 full-time jobs. Site owner Kalpesh Bhandari, better known as K.B., has more than 20 years of experience in developing commercial and residential properties.
