Beulah FD responds to house fire on Lee Road

On Thursday afternoon, BFD B-Shift, along with automatic aid companies, was dispatched to the 100 block of Lee Road 730 following reports of a house fire.
Upon their arrival, firefighters discovered a double-wide mobile home engulfed in flames on the alpha side. Fire crews deployed two 1 3/4″ hose lines and initiated an aggressive interior fire attack, quickly bringing the fire under control. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries at the scene, and the cause of the fire remains undetermined at this time.
The Beulah Fire Department responded with three apparatus and 12 personnel, remaining on the scene for two hours before returning to service. Additionally, assistance was provided by the Salem Volunteer Fire Department, Plainview Volunteer Fire Department, Lee County Sheriff’s Office Alabama, and Lee County, Alabama Emergency Management Agency at the scene.
