Blood drives coming this week

Local schools are giving back. Springwood, Chambers and Buelah will all be hosting blood drives this week. The Springwood School Student Government Association is sponsoring a Blood Drive on Tuesday, Jan. 14. LifeSouth Community Blood Center will have their mobile unit set up in the Cat Cage parking lot from 8 a.m. ET to 3 p.m. ET for the community to come out and donate. 

Chambers Academy SGA will also host a LifeSouth blood drive on Wednesday. It will run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Beulah will have their drive on Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

All donors will receive a LifeSouth sweatshirt for their contribution. Additionally, platelet and double red donors will receive a $40 e-gift card.

Donor Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Wednesday, Jan. 15

Kroger of Opelika from 12 p.m. to 6pm

 

Thursday, Jan. 16

Chappy’s Deli of Auburn from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 

Friday, Jan. 17

Beauregard Elem School from 8 a.m. 2 p.m.

CiCi’s of Auburn from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

Saturday, Jan. 18

Beauregard Fire Dept from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Walmart of Roanoke from 10 am to 4 p.m.

 

Sunday, Jan. 19

Walmart of Lagrange New Franklin Rd from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Renfroe’s of Dadeville from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
