Sheriff’s reports
LaFAYETTE — Three people were arrested in Chambers County on Tuesday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,
James H. Finley, 54, of LaFayette has been charged with public intoxication;
Laura D. Roberts, 27, of Valley has been charged with a probation violation – receiving stolen property, second degree, and
Kristine M. Orr, 29, of Blue Ridge, Ga. has been charged with possession of marijuana, second degree.
There were 150 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Wednesday morning.
Lanett reports
LANETT — Two people were arrested in Lanett on Tuesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,
John Woodruff, 43, of Valley has been charged with possession of a forged instrument, second degree, and theft of property, fourth degree, and
Jason White, 51, of Valley has been charged with harassing communications.
In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 2300 block of 25th Avenue SW, breaking and entering a motor vehicle was reported on the 700 block of North Lanier Avenue, theft of property, third degree, was reported on the 400 block of North Gilmer Avenue, and incidents of harassment were reported on the 100 block of North Gilmer Avenue, the 100 block of South 6th Avenue and the 1700 block of 21st Street.
Valley reports
VALLEY — One person was arrested in Valley on Tuesday. According to Valley Police Department reports,
Larry Darnell Little, 60, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.
In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, domestic violence, third degree – harassment, was reported on Cusseta Road, duty upon striking and to render aid was reported on the 500 block of Fob James Drive, the unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 4300 block of Judge Brown Road, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue and domestic violence – harassing communications was reported on the 3500 block of 55th Street.
West Point reports
WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point on Tuesday. According to West Point Police Department reports,
Gamaliel Flemister of West Point has been charged with driving without a valid license.
In incidents being investigated by West Point officers, theft by taking was reported on Progress Parkway and a hit-and-run accident was reported on East 10th Street.
