LaFAYETTE — Three people were arrested in Chambers County on Wednesday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Eric Lane Hanner, 27, of Valley has been charged with failure to pay – child support;

Leemar Kareem Edwards, 30, of Orlando, Fla. has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer a charge of driving with a suspended license, and

Jeremy Brian Boone, 42, of Valley has been charged with negotiating with a worthless negotiable instrument (bad check).

There were 157 inmates in the Chambers County jail Thursday morning.

Nathan Brooks. 58, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

Brannon Pope, 32, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, possession of a forged instrument, third degree, and theft of property, first degree, was reported on the 300 block of Fob James Drive, possession of a forged instrument, third degree, and theft of property, first degree, was reported on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue, identity theft was reported on the 2600 block of 19th Avenue, theft of property, third degree, and burglary, third degree, was reported on the 2600 block of 19th Avenue and theft of a motor vehicle was reported in Medical Park.

LANETT — In incidents being investigated by Lanett police officers, criminal trespassing, third degree, was reported on the 1700 block of 32nd Avenue SW, theft of property, first degree, and criminal trespassing, second degree, was reported on the 1300 block of South 8th Avenue, and identity theft was reported on the 1000 block of South Gilmer Avenue.
