VALLEY — Ms. Esther “Lois” Griffin, a resident of Valley, Ala., died Sunday, April 28, 2019, at her residence. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at noon from The Bridge Church, Beulah. with Pastor Bill Bryan officiating.  Interment will follow in Fairfax Cemetery, Valley.  Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley is directing.  Public viewing is scheduled for Monday, May 6, 2019, from 1 until 7 p.m. EDT from Davis Memorial Mortuary Chapel.

Her survivors include two daughters, Sharon Fox and Lisa Williams, both of Valley; six grandchildren, Bryant, Brittany, Brandon, LaCourtney, Bradley and Trey; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Cox of Verona, Mississippi and Joyce Weathington of San Antonio, Texas; one brother, Kenny Weathington, LaFayette, Ind. and, a host of nieces, nephews, “adopted children,” other relatives and friends
