Lanett reports

William Loyd Posey, 72, of Valley, was charged with first-degree possession of forged instrument;

Donald Eugene Bolt, 37, of Lanett, was charged with failure to appear- traffic;

Thurbert Christopher Hall, 36, of Lanett, was charged with third-degree domestic violence;

First-degree possession of forged instrument was reported in the 200 blk Cherry Dr.

Sheriff’s office reports

Theresa Threat, 34, of LaGrange, failure to appear – reckless driving and failure to appear – improper crossing of median;

Jeffery Duncan, 31, of Brighton, was charged with two counts of failure to appear – Sex Offender Registration Notification Act (SORNA);

Lamont Jones, 41, of Valley, was charged with failure to appear – possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear – possession of a controlled substance.
