Jamuel Moore, 50, of Valley, was charged with failure to appear – two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear – first-degree possession of marijuana and failure to appear – possession of drug paraphernalia;

Matthew Vo, 37, of Atlanta, was charged failure to appear – unlawful possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear – possession of drug paraphernalia;

Christopher Parmer, 49, of Valley, was charged with failure to appear – DUI and failure to appear – improper lights.
