LaFAYETTE, Ala. — Mrs. Elsie Jean Trammell, of LaFayette, Ala. passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018, 12 Noon CST at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in LaFayette, Ala. with the Rev. Michael Stiggers, pastor, and Pastor Cecelia Broome, eulogist, officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Trammell is survived by a stepson, Kenneth Trammell of Huntsville, Ala., two grandsons, Anthony L. Heard of South Carolina and Travis (Dayna) Heard of Birmingham, Ala., one granddaughter, Cynthia (Ronald) Amerson of Birmingham, Ala., six great grandchildren, one great great-grandchild, a host nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
