Bradshaw speaks at Savior’s Hand Gospel Hour

REV. DAVID BRADSHAW was the guest speaker at the weekly meeting of the Savior’s Hand Gospel Hour on Monday, February 26th.
Susie Fincher welcomed those attending and called on Leonard Thrower to open the meeting with prayer after which she led the group in quoting their Bible verse and Leonard and W. L. Gillenwaters joined in the singing of it’s chorus.
Prayer requests were called for with Susie leading the prayer for those requested and other needs. Remembered at this time were Robert Moore, Edra Waller, Richard Royster, Joanne Prickett, Kentucky, Angela Crowder, the family of Rev. Billy Graham, Mary Duncan, George Johns, Billy and Pat Williams, Faye Crowder, Eddie Striblin, Kyle Walker, the Fields Family, our schools, our country and for our leaders to come together.
Group singing included the songs “Christ the Lord Is Risen Today” and “When I Survey the Wondrous Cross” led by W. L. and Leonard. Special music included “I Found A Better Way” and “His Eye is on the Sparrow” both sang by W. L. and Leonard sang “Thank You Lord for Your Blessings on Me”.
Rev. Bradshaw used scripture from the 5th chapter of Matthew for his message including several points; “take the Beatitudes and live them, we need to be pure in heart. our main focus should be on God, eternal reward for being pure, and show people how pure you are in your life.” He closed his message in prayer.
Coming together for this time of prayer and Bible study were Sandra Newton, Sharon Wesson, Lewis Nixon, Frank Greer, Eleanor Crowder, Judy Bolt, Anita Smith, Mary Morgan, W. L. Gillenwaters, Leonard Thrower, Susie Fincher, the guest speaker Rev. Bradshaw and Brenda Payne.
