Wednesday saw the return of downtown West Point coffeehouse and bakery, Jam-N-Java. This is great news for the area.

Downtown West Point, obviously, has gone through many changes in recent years and has turned into one of the premier dining areas in the Greater Valley Area.

When the shop closed in the latter part of 2017, it left a void for many.

Thankfully, they have returned bigger and better than ever.

Besides serving the same foods and beverages we had come to love, they have also added a number of new options, with more planned to come later.

They are also adding events, including special parties and baking lessons for kids.

The return of Jam-N-Java is a sign that West Point, specifically the downtown area, remains a thriving location for small businesses.

Many of us visit this area weekly, in some cases daily, for a variety of reasons; one of the premiere reasons being for the food options.

If there is anyone considering opening up a restaurant, downtown West Point is a great place to consider setting up shop.
