Lanett reports
LANETT — Three people were arrested in Lanett on Tuesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,
Nicklaus Palmer Wood, 26, of Valley has been charged with criminal mischief, third degree, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest;
Brandon Dwight Rowe, 22, of Roanoke, Ala. has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and
Stanley Lee Dunn, 62, of Lanett has been charged with domestic violence, third degree – menacing,
In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, criminal mischief, third degree, and harassment were reported on the 500 block of North Gilmer Avenue.
Valley reports
VALLEY — Two people were arrested in Valley on Wednesday. According to Valley Police Department reports,
Laura Roberts, 26, of Hull, Ga. has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and
Daniel Reed, 28, of Valley has been charged with possession of marijuana, second degree.
In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, cruelty to animals was reported on the 1100 block of Foster’s Circle, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 5300 block of 21st Avenue, and burglary, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, was reported on the 2000 block of Lantuck Road.
Sheriff’s office reports
LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in Chambers County on Tuesday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,
Robert Merna, 48, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and obstructing a governmental operation, and
Joshua McManus. 32, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, second degree, and obstructing a governmental operation.
There were 165 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Wednesday morning.
West Point reports
WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point on Tuesday. According to West Point Police Department reports,
Leonard Lee Darby of West Point has been charged on a warrant from Chambers County, Ala.
In incidents being investigated by West Point officers, simple battery was reported on Sorento Road and burglary was reported on Frank Hall Jr. Street.
