VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley over the weekend. According to Valley Police Department reports,

› Joseph Lawrence Hamil, 28, of Valley has been charged with public intoxication;

› Robert Lewis Madden, 63, of Valley has been charged with disorderly conduct, and

› Dexter Earl Holloway Jr., 27. of Valley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree (criminal mischief).

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, harassment was reported on the 2200 block of 40th Street, and breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property, third degree, was reported on the 500 block of Bailey Street.

WEST POINT — In weekend incidents that are being investigated by West Point Police Department officers, criminal trespassing was reported on Avenue K and East 9th Street and theft by taking and simple battery reported on East 13th Street.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE reports

LaFAYETTE — Five people were arrested in Chambers County over the weekend. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

› Tony Tyrone Sharpe, 56, of Lanett has been charged with a probation violation;

› Melanie Ann Foster, 33, of Valley has been charged with a grand jury indictment with possession of a controlled substance;

› Cedric Maurice Evans has been charged with possession of marijuana, second degree, probation violation and failure to appear in court to answer child support charges;

› Ashleigh Robin McCoy, 38, of Valley has been charged with the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and

› Billy Jack Jordan, 28, of Valley has been charged with the unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance.
