New Executive Director Announcement: Kea Costley to Lead Circle of Care Center for Families

Valley, Alabama — Circle of Care Center for Families is pleased to announce the hiring of Kea Costley as its new Executive Director. With a distinguished career in human services spanning over two decades, Ms. Costley brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to her new role.
Ms. Costley has been an integral part of Circle of Care as the Senior Case Manager, providing direct family support services and overseeing multiple programs. Her leadership is well respected within the organization and the community. Additionally, she has held leadership positions on various committees and boards, and has served as the Town Clerk for the Town of Cusseta since 2011, demonstrating strong administrative and organizational skills.
Ms. Costley’s hiring follows a rigorous selection process, including an interview with the entire staff, reflecting the confidence and trust the organization places in her leadership capabilities. Her plan is to work in concert with the Board of Directors to ensure the stability of Center operations, develop new initiatives and strengthen community partnerships.
