East Alabama Fire and Valley Police Department are currently on scene at Express Oil Change located on 20th Ave in Valley, AL. According to Stacey Shirey, with Valley PD, a car that was on a lift caught fire which caused the building to catch fire. The business had opened on July 23. While the car that caught on fire was in the south bay, power was throughout the building, necessitating backup generators.
