As the weather starts to change, the Terri Kelley Group and the West Point Rotary Club are partnering this fall for the Socktober Donation Drive. Throughout the month of October, the drive will be accepting donations of socks, hats and gloves for those in need. 

The Greater Valley Area Chamber of Commerce office in Valley will be the designated drop-off site for the drive. The building is located at 2918 20th Avenue behind the McDonald’s. 

October is a busy month for the Terri Kelley Group. On October 16, the GVACC will be hosting a ribbon cutting for the Terri Kelley Group.

“We’re all very excited to help the community in every way we can,” said Kelly Metivier of the Terri Kelley Group.

Metivier said that the group hopes for the drop-off sites to be filled up with unused hats, socks and gloves. They plan to distribute the supplies locally to those who may need them.
