STANDING ROCK, Ala. — On Saturday, December 14th, the Standing Rock Community Center will be the setting for a cake walk fundraiser. Lots of fresh-baked cakes, pies and other goodies will be available.

Plates will be sold for just one dollar for each go-round. There will be food and snacks for everyone to enjoy as well.

The event will have a bow-tie theme. To join in the fun, everyone must wear a bow tie. Anyone showing up without one will be provided one at the door.

It will get started at 7 p.m. EST (six o’clock Central time) and will continue for approximately three hours. It should be a lot of fun for everyone there.
