On January 27th, William Randall Franklin was extradited from Muscogee County, Gerogia and arrested for the murder of Coweta County Fire Battalion Chief James Cauthen. He is charged with Murder and Attempted Murder. He is currently being held at Chambers County Detention Facility with no bond.
