A Lafayette man was arrested Monday for a shooting at Kardoes Rubber in Lafayette, according to Lafayette Police Department Patrol Captain Christopher Trice.

Titus Mackey, 27, has been charged with attempted murder, discharge of a firearm into an occupied building and three counts of discharge of a firearm into an unoccupied vehicle.

Trice said there were no injuries as a result of the incident and the department said more charges could be coming. The investigation led to the arrest of Mackey after officers were able to determine the suspect was not an employee of the plant.
