Lanett reports

LANETT — Two people were arrested in Lanett on Monday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Richard Hilton Tomlin, 64, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear in court (FTA) on a disorderly conduct charge.

Gervakius W. Walker, 27, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with possession of marijuana, second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and not having  required firearms license.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett police officers, domestic violence, third; the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property, fourth degree, were reported on the 1500 block of 27th Street SW.

Valley reports

VALLEY — An incident of domestic violence, second degree, and criminal mischief, first degree, was reported to the Valley Police Department on Monday.
